We are building Zipilot to help service businesses answer messages, identify potential customers, and book appointments. It is designed for consultants, agencies, home service teams, salons, and wellness centers.

Why we are building it

Questions arrive after hours. Customers ask about the same prices and available times, sometimes in a language no one on shift speaks. When the team cannot reply, a possible booking can be lost.

Zipilot helps with that work. It uses your business information to reply in your website chat and on WhatsApp. It works in English and Spanish, following the rules your team sets. When a person needs to step in, it passes the conversation to them.

The team

We are a small team in the United States and Colombia. We have experience in AI infrastructure, messaging apps, and service businesses with multiple locations. During the pilot, you work directly with the people building Zipilot.
